It was my first year in Cardiff, and I was happy to find a group of young Christians, so I joined TRF. We became friends shortly after and have been ever since.\n\nAt the time, we were all young adults navigating life, and she supported me through all the highs and lows. Back then, she used to say to me, \"Laide, I\u2019ll be busy on Sundays; my husband and children have to eat.\" We laugh about that together now. I\u2019m sure she\u2019s feeding them very well. :)\n\nPastor Jasmine has always been on fire for God, which I admired and was motivated by. Recently, I went through a difficult season, and she supported me by coming alongside me in fasting and praying. Up until then, I had never prayed longer than 2 hours at a stretch, but with Pastor Jasmine on the other end of the phone, I prayed for 12 hours straight! From 3 am to 3 pm. It was such a spiritual feat for me, and I\u2019m grateful for her encouragement. Since then, we have kept the fire burning and are moving from glory to glory by God's grace.\n\nPrayer is the lifeblood of our Christian walk, and I have never experienced anyone put such a premium on prayer like Pastor Jasmine. Because of this, I am excited for what God will accomplish through KWI.
